We Strive to Produce the Best Product and Service Available

We stand behind our products, no matter what it takes. We strive to produce the best product possible, but should we make a mistake (or even if you make a mistake) you can rest assured that we will stand behind our product and make it right! 

Because our covers are custom sewn to order, please understand that we don’t have a general RETURN policy like at a big box store.  HOWEVER, if you have a problem please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to work out a fair resolution.  

• We had a customer accidentally melt a hole in his cover with a blow torch.  We sewed in a new side for him free of charge - he paid for shipping.
  
  
• When a daughter surprised her father with a Badass Cover for Father’s Day and he had ordered one for himself the week before we accepted the unopened one and refunded the money

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@badassfendercovers.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Because our covers are custom sewn to order, please understand that we don’t have a general EXCHANGE policy like in a retail store  However, if you have a problem of any kind with your order, please email us at badassfendercover@gmail.com so that we can work out a solution.  We want every customer to be happy.

Refunds

Because our covers are custom sewn to order, please understand that we don’t have a general REFUND policy like at a retail store.  However, we realize life happens and sometimes we will provide a refund.  A refund will be issued back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
